Clarence Hightower serves as the Director of Programs at the Hightower Racing Foundation, bringing with him a powerful blend of passion, experience, and leadership. A father of five, Clarence has dedicated much of his life to creating opportunities for youth—both on and off the track.

With over 30 years of experience in BMX racing, Clarence understands the profound impact sports can have on a young person’s life. His deep-rooted commitment to service extends beyond racing: he has spent the last 15 years assisting in the leadership and operations of various nonprofit foundations, ensuring they deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the communities they serve.

In addition to his role with the foundation, Clarence is the CEO of Hightower Consultants LLC, a firm specializing in business growth consulting services. He also brings 13 years of specialized experience in coordinating special education services for charter schools and public school districts—an area where he continues to advocate for inclusion, equity, and student success.
